Everything your content needs
Tools follow the task. Optional details stay close, without getting in the way of writing.
Choose news, an article or a page. Start with a title and body, then add a summary, author, categories and tags when needed.
Choose from your site’s images or upload a new one. Keep its description, caption, source and usage permission together.
Switch between desktop and mobile before publishing. Review your text and image in the site preview, then choose when the content goes live.
The editor saves as you write. Updates to published content remain drafts until you publish the new version, with previous versions available to restore.
Arrange navigation and homepage sections. Show the latest content, a category or your own featured selection, with your site’s logo and accent colour.
Publish now or schedule a time. Publishing permission is separate from editing, and content can be taken offline without losing it.
From an idea to your website
Choose a step to see how the task stays clear, even with all the details.
Choose the content type, then write the title and body. A link is suggested automatically, and the opening text becomes the summary if you do not write one.
Good initiatives start with a clear idea and people who believe in it. This week, neighbours came together to share ideas for greener community spaces.

Find images in this site’s library or upload a new one. Their information stays alongside them, so your team knows how to use them.

Add the permission reference before publishing
How does the headline look? Is the image right? Review the content in mobile and desktop previews before the change reaches your visitors.

The editor writes and updates the draft. A person with publishing access reviews it and chooses to publish now or at a scheduled time. Saving an edit does not make it public.

One person or a small team
Choose who views, writes and publishes for each site. One person can carry several responsibilities, and access stays clear as your team grows.
One person edits an item at a time. Others can see who is working on it, helping prevent conflicting changes.

Each site has its own content, images, identity and access. Choose the site you want to work on, and its tasks and details come together in one workspace.

Website content or a full newsroom? Choose the workspace that fits your work.
Daily content work starts with choosing a site, then writing, previewing and publishing. Extra details appear when needed. Service setup and connecting an existing website are handled by the responsible administrator.
Website content is a simpler workspace for news, articles and pages. The newsroom adds editorial stages, specialist roles and newspaper editions. Both belong to BAYAN, with their own workflows and access.
Explore the newsroomNo. Edits to published content remain drafts until a person with publishing access publishes the new version. You can preview them first or schedule publication.
Yes. You see the sites you have access to. Each keeps its own content, images, categories and settings, and the system administrator assigns its team and permissions.
Explore the new workspace without changing your current site. Connecting an existing site or moving its content needs a separate review and migration plan; opening this page does not change existing websites.
Content first. Everything else in its place.
